NOTICE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS AUDIT COMMISSION ACT 1998
ACCOUNTS AND AUDIT REGULATIONS 2003
1. Notice is given that from Monday 5th July 2010 to Friday 30 July 2010 between 9.00am and 4.00pm, any person interested may inspect and make copies of the accounts of the above named body for the year ending 31 March 2010 and all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers and receipts relating thereto. The accounts and other documents will be available for inspection at the office at which they are normally kept or otherwise by arrangement. Application should be made initially to The Senior Finance Manager, Accountancy - External Clients, Manchester City Council, Room 609, Town Hall, Manchester M60 2LA, Telephone: 0161 234 3461.
2. Notice is also given that on or after 2nd August 2010 at 10.00am, until the completion of the audit, a local government elector for any area to which the accounts relate may exercise their rights (under Regulation 17 of the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2003 and sections 15 and 16 of the Audit Commission Act 1998) to question the Auditor below about the accounts and make objections to the accounts for the year ended 31 March 2010
